OMG I all trash cans, bathrooms, dinning area, parking lot every dam trash can wow come on. Service the worst drinks not working, no iced tea, fries hard and burnt, cashier didn't even have a company shirt on and was lost on what we wanted. No stars!
Gorman is in the middle of no where, would u drive 50 miles to work 4 hours and get minum wage. Not the employee falt the owners of this nasty place need to pay more make it worth it for poor employees. I wouldn't go to work for 60 Buck's - tax -gas 20 dollars a day duck that.
It was disgusting. The bathrooms were horrible. So dirty. Disgusting. When walking into McDonald's it was dirty with trash on the floor.
Same they just seem to be way too busy. Need more staff
This McDonald's was the most disgusting places I've ever been to, there was so much trash and food all over the floor. That was the least of bad things, that place was filled with flies.. it was pretty f**** disgustin to eat with flies all around me
We were there in May 2018 and didn't notice any flies. Did you complain to the manager? Also, write to the corporate office.

Slow, disorganized, cashiers that don't know simple math, I guess when you are not in a populated areas you get what you can for employees.

Decent middle of nowhere McDonald's, wish there were some uncarbinated fruit punch or orange drink etc.. but if you mix the regular tea and sweet tea 2:1 that's pretty good.

The bathrooms and the overall appearance was awful! If ypu cant keep a restroom and floors clean then how well are you keeping the grills, etc... clean??? Not impressive at all!

Ordered simple black coffee and a few other items. Waited twenty minutes (not an exaggeration) before they even said the coffee wasn't available yet. Finally it was made and was asked about cream and sugar. Even though they were told yes, we got down the freeway and it was just black coffee with nothing in it. On top of that, a young man there working today rolled his eyes at me when I was not happy after waiting so long with no communication.

Friendly folks, food was standard thoroughfare but delicious nonetheless. They did seem low on things - no paper towels in bathroom, no lids for larger cups, a shortage of cups. It didn't detract from the overall experience. Some of the table surfaces lit up and were touch sensitive, which was awesome entertainment for the kids.

We always stop at this McDonald's for a quick happy meal. The cashier and server are always happy. Great you every single time and ask how your day is going. I really like that because not a lot of drive thru people do that. Highly recommend for a quick stop or a long sit down and enjoy a meal stop.

Loved Big Mac's since I was a kid. I'm almost 50...and love 'em just as much as when I was 6. This location is especially pretty.

I love this place. We go to them all around the country. And get the same thing. Best believe they can mess it up.lol and yes this place is very clean and friendly and makes good food.

Limited menu options they were out of almost everything. My big mac was warm somewhat and not fresh they had to use top bun for the middle bun. But they had busy day they said. But on the upside my fries were hot and fresh.

Whatever happened to McDonald's ? They were built on quality and some value . I came in bought #1 combo . I had to supersize it , because once you shake the fries they all seem to go down to the bottom . So I decided to take a second shot at some french fries again . Placed another order . The results were slightly better . But yet it happens pretty frequently all over McDonald's everywhere .
